We are a professionally managed, independantly financed, private operation.

Access is limited to an 'As-and-When Available' basis at our discrection.

By accessing the property you and any and all parties accompanying you

fully release the Distillery, it's owners, staff, vendors, associates Et al.

including other members from any and all form(s) of liability whether real or imagined,

including any loss, damage, personal injury or other situational grievance(s)

which may occur while, during or as a result of visiting the premises of the Distillery

in entirety and furthermore agree to indemnify and defend the Distillery itself, vendors,

it's owners, staff and associates from any harm, damage or action of legality perpetually.}

_{CARDHOLDERS; MEMBERSHIP

Upon accepting a membership you acknowledge your acceptance of our Terms of Service.

We offer different levels of membership at different rates which are due annually.

These membership levels offer access to special functions & perks at the Distillery.

Standard membership grants access to the property $1

V.I.P. membership additionally grants access to Special and Seasonal Events $100

Founder's Club membership grants access to Reservations & Private functions $500

Membership is annual and does not gaurantee access to the Distillery at any time.}

_{PRIVACY & ACCESS CONTROL

We maintain your personal information as privately as possible.

We do not generally partner with or sell your information to third parties for profit.

Some basic information must be kept on file in adherence to State and/or Federal Law.

By accessing the Distillery you verify your acceptance & understanding of our TOS.

It is every member's responsibility to inform their guests of our policies.

The Distillery itself, it's affiliates, staff, owners, vendors and/or associates shall not

be held responsible for any member's failure to inform their guest(s) of our Policies.}

_{SPECIAL, SEASONAL & PRIVATE EVENTS

From time-to-time the Distillery may host Seasonal, Special or Private events.

Access requires an appropriate Membership Level and is not guaranteed.

Access to these events may require RSVP (Registration in Advance).

We may announce these events via www, phone, mail, e-mail or by social media.

Proceeds from these events may be considered donations to the Distillery for fundraising.

Any 'prices' posted may reflect suggested donation amounts rather than retail pricing.

We may use these funds for improvement, perpetuation and reimbursement to staff.}

_{CONSUMABLES; OFFERINGS

As a private social club we do not have a rating from the Department of Public Health.

We currently serve members & guests pre-packaged offerings.

Everything we serve is thoughtfully and purposefully presented by our Executive Chef

who has over 20 years of professional commercial kitchen and management experience,

and is ServSafe Manager Certified. We are pursuing a Food Permit for a commercial kitchen.}

_{FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS

We may attempt to raise funds before, during or after:

Standard Hours of Operation, Seasonal, Special and/or Private Events.

Donations accepted by the Distillery do not constitute special treatment.

Posted 'prices' may reflect a suggested donation amount, not retail price.

We are currently accepting donations for the following on-going projects:

Landscaping & Beautification, Facade Appeal and a Commercial Kitchen.

NOTICE

We reserve the right to approve, suspend or revoke memberships and update or edit our

Terms of Service at any given time with or without notice and at our sole discretion

and with or without any refund, warranty or gaurantee expressed or implied.

Membership sales are FINAL. We may elect to cancel or refund memberships at OUR discretion.
